How to enjoy Limoncello DICAPRI
An ideal base
Made with refreshing and fragrant I.G.P. Sorrento lemons, Limoncello DICAPRI is delicious enjoyed neat. Traditionally drunk cold at the end of a meal, its intense aroma also makes it the perfect liqueur for crafting extraordinary cocktails and mixed drinks for any occasion, from aperitifs to digestifs. Try it on ice cream, fruit salad and strawberries.
Neat
● 30 ml of Limoncello DICAPRI (well chilled)
PREPARATION
Limoncello DICAPRI can be served well chilled as a digestif. Stored away from sources of light
and heat, it is delicious enjoyed cold in small glass or ceramic glasses which may be chilled in the
freezer if a lower serving temperature is preferred.
DICAPRI Tonic
INGREDIENTS
50 ml of Limoncello DICAPRI ●
150 ml Tonic Water ●
Spring of mint ●
Lemon Zest ●
GLASS
Highball 350 ml
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients into a Highball glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon zest.
DICAPRI Spritz
INGREDIENTS
● 75 ml Prosecco
● 50 ml Limoncello DICAPRI
● 25 ml Soda water
● Spring of mint
● Lemon twist
GLASS
350 ml wine glass
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients in a white wine glass, top with ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon twist.
DICAPRI Basil Smash
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Gin ●
30 ml Limoncello DICAPRI ●
15 ml Lemon juice ●
5/6 Basil leaves ●
GLASS
350 ml Collins glass
PREPARATION
Fill up a Collins glass with ice cubes. Pour the ingredients in a shaker and add ice cubes. Shake vigorously and fine strain into the glass. Garnish with basil leaves.
DICAPRI Lemon & Sage
INGREDIENTS
● 30 ml Limoncello DICAPRI
● 20 ml Vodka
● 15 ml Lemon juice
● 10 ml Sage syrup
● 15 ml Egg white
● 3 Sage leaves
● 2 Dashes of orange bitter
GLASS
250 ml coupe glass
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients in a shaker and mix them. Add the ice cubes and sage leaves, shake vigorously, then pour the cocktail through a strainer into a cold coupe glass. Finish with two dashes of orange bitter and garnish with a sage leaf and grated lemon zest.
